Create the aesthetic you'll want to study and work in. I love pink....black and plants....so I have a cute PC set up, plants on both sides only my desk on shelves. I also have my fav candle and a hot cup of ryzesuperfoods mushroom coffee to fuel my morning! If you want to succeed, you MUST set yourself up to succeed. Create the entire vibe you admire, and live in it.
Also, take lots of notes, study those notes, go to Barnes & Noble and read Real Estate Books ...take more notes....watch videos....follow other realtors, real estate agents, brokers...etc....
