Easy Parfaits For Family of 7
Easy to make strawberry parfaits at home 🙂
I like to use granola that is high and protein and full of flavor. You can add as much or a little as you want and I prefer to grind the chunky kind of so that it's finer and less harsh on the teeth.
I also like to use Greek yogurt because it often has protein as well and then fresh berries of your choice like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and more🙂
you can also add things like chia seeds and other yummy things.
you can make a half a jar which is quite filling or full jar and put them in mason jars. I recommend writing the date you made them and the date they expire on the lid with a dry erase marker.
once you make these, they're going to become a favorite in your house old, so be prepared to make a multitude on the regular🙂

Preparing strawberry parfaits for a family of seven can be both fun and rewarding, especially when you customize them to fit everyone's taste and nutritional needs. From my experience, using a granola that's rich in protein and flavor makes a big difference—not only does it add crunch, but it keeps everyone fuller longer. Grinding chunky granola slightly is a great trick to avoid any discomfort for those with sensitive teeth, making the parfait more enjoyable. Greek yogurt is another staple in my parfaits because of its creamy texture and high protein content. It complements the natural sweetness and tartness of fresh berries beautifully. I usually mix strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries for a colorful and antioxidant-packed combination. Adding chia seeds or even flaxseeds can boost the fiber and omega-3 content, turning the parfait into a wholesome snack or breakfast. Mason jars are perfect for portion control and easy storage. I recommend preparing both half jars for lighter appetites and full jars for bigger eaters. Labeling the jars with the preparation and expiration dates using a dry erase marker helps keep tabs on freshness, especially important when making several at once. This system also encourages kids to pick their parfaits with excitement. One tip I've learned is to layer ingredients thoughtfully—starting with a spoonful of yogurt, then a sprinkle of granola, followed by berries, and repeating. This layering ensures every bite is a perfect mix of textures and flavors. These parfaits have become a favorite regular treat in my household, both for busy mornings and as a healthy dessert alternative. If you're feeding a large family, preparing parfaits ahead of time saves valuable time without sacrificing nutrition or taste. With simple ingredients and these easy prepping tips, you can delight your family with a delicious and satisfying parfait that keeps them coming back for more.
