dear diary… i found my way back to the kitchen🍪

i’m not rushing anything right now. just baking, breathing, existing 🧸🤎 finding new hobbies putting me back in my soft girl era 🩷🌻

🍰🤎 Biscoff Cake Cookies

ingredients

* 1 box vanilla or yellow cake mix

* 1/2 cup melted butter (or neutral oil)

* 2 eggs

* 1 tsp vanilla extract

* 1/2 cup biscoff cookie butter

* 1/2 cup crushed biscoff cookies (optional but highly recommended 🔥)

instructions

1. preheat oven to 350°F

2. mix cake mix, eggs, butter, vanilla until combined

3. add biscoff cookie butter and mix until smooth and thick

4. fold in crushed biscoff cookies

5. scoop into balls

6. bake 9–11 minutes

7. let them cool on the tray so they stay fluffy

finishing touch ✨

* drizzle melted biscoff on top

* sprinkle crushed cookies right after baking
