Ive been in conversations all week and most of the sentiment was "wait, what day is it" or "what day is it again?"
TIME IS FLYING!!!
Some days it seems like its not enough hours. Other days it feels as if the day wont end. If you are having mixed feelings about the new year approaching, you are not alone.
Guilt, Shame, Regret, Loss are BIG TIME emotions during this time of the year. BiG TIME EMOTIONS for me as well.
