I’ve always believed the ending of a gathering should feel just as special as the beginning… and a little goodie bag moment never hurt anybody.
For my 29th birthday, Beignets & Bubbles, I made custom totes for everyone to take home. A little keepsake from the night, and honestly, the perfect excuse to pull out my Cricut.
If you want to recreate them at home, here’s the quick rundown 📝 ⚜️Design your graphic and cut a stencil using your Cricut ⚜️Place the stencil onto a screen printing kit’s screen, be sure to tape off the rest of the screen so no ink gets through.. then put on top of a small canvas tote. ⚜️Add a line of fabric ink at the top of the stencil ⚜️Use a squeegee to pull the ink across the design ⚜️Carefully peel the stencil back and let the ink dry completely
Fill the bags with something sweet and place them by the door for guests on their way out. For me, that was some Louisiana-inspired goodies like Pecan Candy, Sweet tea & Tony’s Chachere's Seasoning packets!
