Hey y’all it’s your New Orleans friend here… check out this 🔥Cajun Crawfish Spinach Dip I made last night w/Homemade tortillas chips😝🔥😋

I figured my sweethearts would love the recipe👇🏾

Ingredients:

3/4 bags Frozen Spinach (Or fresh)

1pk Crawfish Tail meat

1/2 Cup Mayo

1pk 8oz Cream cheese or whipped cream cheese (I use whipped)

Cajun seasoning (Season to you desired liking)

Quesadilla cheese or Mozzarella (For topping) you may also mix in the dip for an even creamier or more cheese pull if desired.

Sauté your crawfish tails in a small pan with butter and season with Cajun seasoning do not over season.. Then I cook my spinach in the microwave first remove it and drain all of the water out of the spinach by squeezing it. Then I place it in a bowl. Combine all the ingredients season with Cajun seasoning, onion powder,garlic powder etc. mix well place in a pan top it with cheese a little olive oil,avocado oil etc and sprinkle paprika and a little more Cajun seasoning on top serve and enjoy.

Cut white or yellow corn tortillas in triangles (Almost like a pizza) fry in vegetable oil remove from oil and lightly season with kosher salt…
