I Am Renewed ✨

I am not the sum of where I’ve been,

Nor the weight of yesterday’s mistakes.

For morning breaks with holy promise,

And mercy rises—fresh, awake.

God meets me where the old ends quietly,

In the ashes of what could not stay.

He whispers life into the broken places

And calls the dark to step aside for day.

I lay my burdens at His feet,

Every fear, every scar, every plea.

He does not shame the hands that tremble—

He fills them with what they’re meant to be.

The past no longer has a voice,

Its chains undone by grace so strong.

I walk ahead, not perfect, but forgiven,

Held by love that’s been there all along.

For in His hands, I am becoming—

Not who I was, but who I’m called to be.

Each step forward is a sacred beginning,

Each breath a gift… each dawn, made new in Thee.
