私も3児の母としてこの「おうち探検ミッション」を何度も試していますが、特に夏休み期間中は子どもたちの「暇！」コールが減り、親子で充実した時間を過ごせるようになりました。 このミッションは、単にものを探すだけでなく、「赤いものを3つ見つける」「丸いものを5つ探す」といった条件をつけることで、子どもの観察力や集中力が自然と養われます。兄弟でもレベルを変えて一緒に挑戦できるため、年齢差があっても共に楽しめるのが嬉し いポイントです。 また、子どもたちが見つけたものについて「なぜそれを選んだのか」説明したり、シートに自分で書き込むことで言語表現力や思考力の育成にもつながります。私の経験上、言葉を使って報告することがコミュニケーション力アップにつながり、親子の会話が増えました。 この遊びは準備するものがほぼなく、家の中だけで完結するため、暑い日や雨の日でも安心して取り組めるのも魅力です。さらに、達成感を感じられるので、子どもたちの自信もぐんぐんついていきます。 子育てに忙しい中で「次は何して遊ぼう？」と悩む時間も減り、私自身のストレスも軽減されました。みなさんもぜひ「おうち探検ミッション」を取り入れて、夏休みの楽しい思い出づくりと、子どもの力育ての両方を実感してみてください！
