Ingredients (for 1 person)
・ 2 bundles of somen (100g)
350 ml of water
A. Chicken soup base 1
A. 2 small soy sauce
A. Sesame oil 1 small
A. Garlic tube 3cm
Topped with white sesame seeds, green onions and soft-boiled eggs
How to make
① Boil somen according to the notation, wash under running water and drain well.
② Put water and A in a bowl, mix, heat in a microwave at 600w for 3 minutes and mix. ※ Be careful as it is hot!
③ Add somen.
④ Sprinkle with white sesame seeds and chopped green onions, and top with a soft-boiled egg or seaweed if you like.
