Keto friendly finds from Meijers
Sooooo I really want to try these Oreos! Have you tried yet? Lmk the tea on these…
I actually didn’t mind the realgood lasagna bowl! I would give it a 6/10 flavors were there but something “rubbery” was present and to be kind I was rush in a rush when I made it and I may have overcooked it (because I tend to do that). So I want to repurchase and give it a more fair chance.
This Popeyes sauce is CHEFS KISS! I use it on my keto friendly or lightly breaded chicken nuggets and I would never have to eat again!
Lastly I want to highlight how much I love this Spenda syrup is a gods send item! I love to make a chia bowl and using a drizzle of this as the sweetener. It’s the perfect sweetener! It’s not over powering at all! This is a must staple in a Keto kitchen.

Okay, so I wanted to dive a bit deeper into that Realgood Lasagna Bowl I mentioned earlier. You know how it is when you're on keto – sometimes you just need a quick, satisfying meal that actually fits your macros. This bowl really caught my eye at Meijer, especially with those impressive stats: just 4g net carbs and a whopping 25g protein per serving! Plus, being gluten-free and grain-free is a huge win for many of us looking for convenient options. My first go-round, I gave it a 6/10, mainly because I rushed and might've overcooked it, leading to that slightly 'rubbery' texture. Lesson learned! For anyone trying this, I've found that following the oven instructions carefully, or even cooking it slightly less than recommended for microwave, can make a big difference. You want that cheesy, saucy goodness without anything turning tough. Next time, I'm definitely going to keep a closer eye on it because the flavors were there, and it has so much potential for a convenient low-carb option. To really elevate it, I've seen some amazing hacks. A sprinkle of extra shredded mozzarella or parmesan in the last few minutes of cooking can make it even richer. You could even stir in some sautéed spinach or ground beef for an extra boost of veggies and healthy fats, turning it into a truly gourmet keto meal without much effort. It's fantastic as a base, and you can easily customize it to your taste, making it feel less like a frozen meal and more like a home-cooked dish. Thinking about easy keto meals, this Realgood Lasagna Bowl isn't the only star. When I'm doing my keto grocery haul, especially at Meijer, I'm always on the lookout for similar convenient options. I've also spotted those amazing plant-based spaghetti noodles (like the 5-calorie, 1g net carb ones!) which are a lifesaver for quickly whipping up a pasta dish if I'm craving something different. And let's not forget the sauces! That Popeyes Blackened Ranch is a staple, but don't overlook other sugar-free stir-fry or sweet chili options you might find – they can transform plain chicken or veggies into a flavor explosion. And for those sweet cravings, those zero sugar chocolate sandwich cookies (with no aspartame, yay!) are definitely worth a peek. They’re a treat, but knowing there are options makes sticking to keto so much easier. Pairing them with a little drizzle of that Splenda multi-use syrup (my absolute favorite for chia bowls or even coffee) makes for a perfect keto-friendly dessert. The key to staying on track, I've found, is having a variety of tasty, convenient options readily available in your fridge and pantry. It removes the stress of meal prep and keeps boredom at bay! Whether it's a quick frozen meal like the Realgood Lasagna Bowl, versatile low-carb noodles, or flavorful sauces, strategic shopping at places like Meijer makes maintaining a keto lifestyle much more enjoyable and sustainable. It's all about finding those gems that make healthy eating effortless!
