WHITE TEETH ROUTINE 🤍
MY TEETH WHITENING ROUTINE:
1) I use Glide floss picks to help get rid of any plaque build up which allows more space on the teeth to be whitened and overall gives you the "fresh from the dentist" look.
2) Blaq charcoal powder is probably my favorite out of all these products. It does such a great job at removing any stains from my teeth - especially if you're a coffee drinker like me!!
3) Crest whitestrips seal the deal for this routine. They work so so well and I can get things done around the house while wearing them which makes them very convenient.
4) Arq pen, this step is an added bonus - you will definitely achieve white teeth with the steps above but I like to use this to get into the corners that possibly didnt get touched in the prior steps. Also love that you can bring this in your bag wherever you go.
5) Lastly, I finish it off with my favorite mouth wash!!

Hey everyone! As someone who loves their morning coffee (or two!), I totally get the struggle of keeping your teeth looking sparkling white. My initial routine shared above is fantastic, but I wanted to dive a little deeper into why each step is so crucial and offer some extra tips I've picked up along the way to truly maximize those dazzling results. Let's talk about those floss picks first. Beyond just getting rid of pesky food bits, using them daily is a game-changer for plaque build-up. Think of it like prepping a canvas before painting – a clean surface allows your whitening products to work much more effectively. I find that the "minty flavor" of some floss picks also adds to that "fresh from the dentist" sensation, making the whole process feel more invigorating and clean. It really sets the stage for everything else! Now, the charcoal powder... oh my goodness, this stuff is magic, especially if you're a fellow "coffee drinker" or enjoy red wine. I usually use it a couple of times a week, gently brushing for about two minutes. The charcoal acts like a magnet, drawing out surface stains that regular brushing might miss. Just be sure to rinse thoroughly! It’s incredible how much brighter my smile looks after incorporating this step regularly. When it comes to Crest Whitestrips, consistency is key! I try to carve out 30 minutes a day to wear them, often while doing chores or catching up on my favorite show. What I really appreciate is that they are "enamel-safe," so I don't have to worry about damaging my teeth while working towards that brighter smile. For best "RESULTS," make sure to apply them smoothly and avoid talking too much to keep them in place. The convenience of being able to multitask while whitening is a huge win for me! And don't underestimate the power of the whitening pen. This is my secret weapon for those hard-to-reach "corners" or for quick "touch-ups" before a special event. It’s so portable, I can literally pop it in my bag and use it on the go. It ensures every part of your smile gets that extra boost, making the overall "bright white teeth" effect uniform and truly dazzling. Finally, finishing with mouthwash isn't just about "fresh breath." It's about completing the oral hygiene cycle, helping with "germ removal" and leaving your entire mouth feeling clean and refreshed. It’s the perfect way to seal in all the hard work from the previous steps. Pro Tips for Maintaining Your Bright Smile: Hydrate Often: Drinking water after consuming stain-causing foods or drinks (like coffee, tea, or berries) can help rinse away pigments before they settle. Watch Your Diet: While you don't need to eliminate everything, being mindful of heavily pigmented foods and drinks can make a difference in the long run. Regular Dental Check-ups: Don't skip your professional cleanings! They remove tartar and tougher stains that at-home routines might not fully tackle, paving the way for your whitening products to be even more effective. Listen to Your Teeth: If you experience sensitivity, try adjusting the frequency of your whitening applications. Sometimes a short break or alternating products can help. Maintaining a "white teeth routine" is a journey, not a sprint. By understanding why each product works and incorporating these extra tips, you'll be well on your way to achieving and keeping that confident, radiant smile you've always wanted!
