A list of ingredients for a dish with pasta, oil, onions, butter, dry white wine, beef bone broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, heavy cream, shredded Gruyere, salt and pepper.
In a large skillet, heat up olive oil over 1 medium heat. Sautee onions for 5 minutes then season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Add white wine and sautee till 3 fully absorbed. Add pasta and toast about 1 minute. Add broth and simmer till fully absorbed. Add heavy cream and mix, then the butter and turn off the heat. Lastly add the cheese and serve.

I LOVE soups, but they aren’t always filling enough to be a whole dinner for your family. Most days I don’t have time to make a soup and a few other dishes to serve along side it, so bam! Turn it into a pasta to make it more filling.
