We all need to experience some form of pain in different ways. And while I’m experiencing my own form of pain right now as I type this😭 I’m doing this little diary entry as a way to help other people and connect with other people who are going through heartbreak as well 💕 it’s a sucky feeling but very temporary something big is brewing up babe we just have to stay the course❣️ cry when you need to, be angry when you need to, scream when you need to, laugh when you need to and don’t feel guilty for any of it. Experience your emotions just don’t let them control you❣️I recently picked up running outdoors (something I’ve been wanting to do, but was too scared to do or waiting on someone else to do it with me) now I don’t gaf!! And don’t😘 live and BREATHE most importantly 💕💕
