1- 7/10. It’s cute but the material is thin and feels cheap
2- 5/10 super thin and looks cheaply made. I thought it was white when I was buying but that’s on me for not reading fully. It looks cute on tho
3- 8/10. Cute and thick! Feels a little weird but maybe I just need to like wear it in
4- 1/10. For an extra small it is still huge on me and there is loose threading. For the prices they’re charging this is absurd
5- 8/10. Super cute!! The boob area is kinda weird when on but not something that’s a big problem
6- 8/10. So cute and snug on, perfect for lounging at home!
7- 7/10. Fits a little weird but it’s still very cute. Material feels pretty cheap and thin as well
8- 6/10. It’s cute and fits fine, the waist could be snugger too for an x-small. Not a fan of the butt area having less fabric too
9- 10/10!! Super cute, super cozy, fits beautifully!!!
I’ve bought from them before but it was in their in person store in New York. Overall I’d recommend shopping in store if you can vs buying online. I did notice in store they had a problem with sizing too, everything that was “x-small” typically was very big on me except the shirts. Only thing I’d recommend if you want to buy online is buying shirts or sweaters, any pants or skirts I’d say buy at your own risk. Also everything is pretty pricey and problem not worth the price for material so if you do want to buy I’d recommend buying while it’s on sale like I did for these purchases.
... Read moreBeyond just the clothes themselves, I often get asked, 'Is Edikted fast fashion?' Honestly, based on the quality inconsistencies I've experienced, especially with items feeling thin or having loose threads after just one try-on, it certainly feels aligned with the fast fashion model. While some pieces are genuine gems (like my 10/10 cozy top!), others definitely don't justify the price tag for their material composition. It's a brand where you really have to pick and choose carefully, which is why reading honest Edikted reviews like mine is so crucial before you click 'add to cart.'
Speaking of the overall brand experience, let's talk about how your Edikted haul arrives! I noticed from the OCR content that their messaging often highlights "recyclable" and "zero waste" efforts. In my experience, the individual item packaging felt pretty standard, but it's great to see them focusing on sustainability. My Edikted shopping bag, for instance, felt sturdy and well-made, and knowing it's designed to be recycled adds a little more thought to the unboxing experience. It's a small detail, but a welcome one when you're thinking about environmental impact.
My biggest complaints, honestly, often boil down to the material quality versus the advertised price. For example, that 1/10 item with loose threading and an absurd fit for an 'extra small' really highlighted the issues. It's frustrating to pay a premium price for something that feels like it won't last more than a few washes. Many pieces, while cute, had that 'super thin' texture that just doesn't promise longevity. This is a common sentiment in many Edikted reviews and complaints I've seen online – the gap between expectation and reality can be wide. That's why my advice to only buy during sales isn't just about saving money, it's about making the price feel more justifiable for what you're actually getting.
My visit to their New York store was quite a different vibe compared to online shopping. While the online experience can be hit or miss with sizing and material, shopping in person allowed me to actually feel the fabrics and try things on. Even there, I noticed the sizing could be a bit wonky, as I mentioned in my main review, with many 'x-small' items still being quite roomy unless they were tops. But the ability to physically inspect the garments and avoid blind online purchases definitely helped manage expectations and minimize potential disappointment. If you're ever in NYC, I'd highly recommend popping into the store if you're serious about making a purchase, especially for bottoms or more structured pieces. It’s a great way to avoid the disappointment of an online order that doesn't quite live up to the photos. Overall, Edikted can be fun for trendy pieces, but go in with realistic expectations about quality and always, always check reviews and sale racks!
