Being faithful online looks like:

Boundaries. Do you have them?

Have you discussed them?

Did you put some in place?

What do they look like in your marriage?

Here are ours:

- No following opposite sex on personal social media accounts. Why? Because we don’t want to. It’s that simple for us.

- No being alone with the opposite sex. why? because we don’t want to. It has nothing to do with lack of trust. We call being alone with the opposite sex “dating”

- Passwords. We share everything with each other! Why? because we want to. We have nothing to hide. Nothing.

- screen times. We haven’t had to set a boundary around this other than at night we turn phones off at a certain time so we can connect EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. If one of us is feeling neglected from too much phone use in any way, we simply talk about it together.

Have you set boundaries in your marriage around social media, phone use and being with the opposite sex alone?

Every couple will look different, we all choose different boundaries, the important thing is, that you talk about this. Trust is built from setting healthy boundaries, respecting them, and following them!

Did you know the more you trust and respect your spouse, the better your intimate life is together? 🔥❤️

Let us know if you agree!

... Read moreMaintaining faithfulness online is crucial for a healthy marriage. It starts with setting clear boundaries, such as who to follow on social media and how to communicate with the opposite sex. Couples should prioritize maintaining transparency with shared passwords and open discussions about concerns like screen time. In today's digital age, where online interactions can easily blur the lines of commitment, being selective about online connections helps reinforce mutual respect and trust. Successful marriages often involve continuous conscious choices, not just spoken vows. This commitment is evident not only in everyday actions but also in how couples engage online. By protecting their hearts and minds, spouses foster a more loving environment, free from unnecessary temptations. Having conversations about these topics can greatly improve intimacy, ensuring that both partners feel secure and valued. Ultimately, the more effort you pour into these boundaries, the more enriching your marriage can become.
