大阪・梅田にあるTOM CAT BAKERYは、猫をモチーフにしたデザインが魅力的なパン屋さんです。私も先日訪れてみましたが、お店の雰囲気からしてとても温かみがあり、思わず笑顔になりました。特に印象的だったのは、猫の手の形をしたトングや、パンの中に隠れた猫の足跡を模した可愛いスイーツ。こうした細部にまでこだわった演出は、パン屋さんというだけでなく、訪れるお客さんを癒やす心遣いを感じました。 メニューはニューヨーク発祥ということで、長時間熟成された生地で作られたパンが多く、香ばしさともちもちの食感が抜群でした。特に「ダンボフォカッチャ」と「キャットプレッツェル」は、見た目の可愛さだけでなく味わいも本格的で、パン好きな方にもおすすめです。店内で焼き上げられているため、焼き立てパンの香りが充満していて、ついつい何度も足を運びたくなります。 また、梅田駅のうめきた北口から徒歩1分の好アクセスで、雨の日でも傘が不要なのが嬉しいポイントです。店内にはコンセント完備のカウンター席もあり、朝8時から21時まで開いているため、朝活で訪れる方や仕事の合間の休憩にもぴったりです。私も休日の朝にコーヒーと一緒に焼き立てパンを楽しみながら、ゆったり過ごせる場所として重宝しています。 日本で2店舗目という希少性もあり、横浜店と比べて大阪ならではの落ち着いた雰囲気の中で楽しめるのも魅力。猫好きやパン好きはもちろん、梅田周辺での大人デートスポットを探している方にもぜひ訪れてほしいお店です。SNSにも写真映えする可愛い猫モチーフが満載なので、思い出に残る素敵な時間を過ごせるでしょう。
