Red wine braised short ribs are a hearty and comforting dish that can elevate any dining experience. This recipe uses high-quality ingredients including bone-in beef short ribs, dry red wine like Cabernet Sauvignon, and fresh herbs such as thyme and rosemary. To achieve the perfect flavor, the ribs are seared until golden brown, then braised for several hours in a mixture of red wine, beef broth, and aromatic vegetables like onions and shallots. This slow-cooking method allows the meat to become fork-tender while absorbing all the rich flavors of the sauce. For variations, consider adding carrots or mushrooms for extra texture and taste. Serve the braised short ribs over creamy polenta or mashed potatoes to soak up the delicious sauce. This dish also pairs wonderfully with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh green salad. As this is a red wine-based recipe, choosing a quality wine will greatly enhance the final dish's flavor, so select one that you enjoy drinking. With its robust flavors and comforting essence, red wine braised short ribs are sure to impress family and guests alike!

But how do you prepare them? Am I blind. I don’t see instructions. Just ingredients.
