On active rest days, you don’t need a workout — just live with intention:

→ Chase your kids at the park
→ Go for a bike ride or skate around the block
→ Tired? That’s okay. Make your bed. Do the dishes. Take out the trash. Wipe the counters. That counts too. 🙌
