I didn’t have time yesterday to workout so I just got yesterday AND today’s workout in. By no means do you ever have to do this! If you miss a day that’s completely up to you whether that day became a rest day or just a day you were busy. The goal is to just keep going! You can continue with doing the previous day and then the next day keep going. You can skip the previous day and just keep going! The point is to just keep going! I felt like I had a lot of energy and was able to do one workout, finish my night routine, put my daughter to bed, and then do another workout.
Tomorrow we are celebrating my daughter’s birthday with my husband’s dad so I will probably make it a rest day if I don’t find time before or after the celebration. Especially since we have to do a quick tidy, cook, and entertain most of the day.
