Are you ready? It’s here! We’re doing the same day 1 workout we have been but I’ve added an optional warmup start.
Warmup: grab a dumbbell or kettlebell or use your body weight and lift it above your head and do a high march. Slow controlled movements or quick if you prefer. As you are holding above your head, make sure to tighten your core. Back straight. Make sure when you are marching, you are going as high as you are comfortable with. DO NOT STRAIN YOURSELF. Be comfortable. If walking is easier than marching then do that!
