Cycle 4 Day 1 WORKOUT COMPLETED
#90daychallenge #upperbodyworkout #lemon8fitness #showupforyourself #accountability
I completed my ab/core circuit, warmup, main workout (arms), and finisher! I only did 1 round due to Aunt Flo coming at any time which makes me very tired! I may not have done 3 rounds like I aim for every workout but I showed up for myself and no matter how shitty my life is at the moment or how tired or sick I am… I showed up and got it done!
Leave a 💪🏻 if you got today done!
Completing a workout despite physical and emotional challenges is a testament to dedication and discipline. Cycle 4 Day 1 focuses primarily on upper body strength, targeting arms and shoulders with exercises such as Overhead Shoulder Press, Hammer Curls, Bicep Curls, Shrugs, and Tricep Kickbacks. Incorporating a warmup, ab/core circuit, and workout finisher enhances overall fitness and endurance. Tracking progress with tools like Fitbit can provide motivation by showing steps taken, calories burned, and heart rate zones achieved—important metrics for understanding workout intensity and cardiovascular health. For instance, achieving 140 Zone Minutes and burning over 110 calories in an 18-minute session reflects an effective workout. It's normal for factors like menstruation to impact energy levels, yet pushing through by completing even a single round helps maintain momentum and accountability in any fitness challenge. Showing up regularly fosters a positive habit cycle and mental resilience that is essential for long-term success. For individuals aiming to follow a 90-day fitness plan, combining structured workouts with social support through hashtags like #lemon8fitness, #showupforyourself, and #accountability can enhance motivation and consistency. Engaging with a community provides encouragement and shared experiences that make the fitness journey more rewarding. To maximize upper body strength gains, ensure proper form during exercises and gradually increase weights or repetitions as strength improves. Pair workouts with adequate nutrition, hydration, and rest to support recovery and performance. By embracing challenges and prioritizing self-care, you can achieve meaningful progress in your fitness journey even on tough days.
