End of the year wrap up challenge
For the last quarter of the year, I’m challenging myself. I just got back from vacation, so I’m taking a few days to collect myself and prep (prephase). Then once the kiddo is back in school (fall break is at its end) and hubby goes back to work (October 14) then I’ll start building myself up. I want to rebuild my habits; exercising, taking a daily walk (now that AZ is out of the triple digit weather), eat better, and continue working on getting my confidence back and getting my dream body (toned arms, flat toned stomach, toned back and shoulders, and bigger butt).
I’ll be posting when I remember what I’m doing for each phase as well as each week. Phase 1 starts October 14. All I’m basically doing is walking, strength training every other day, tracking my calories (I stopped once I got on the plane to Michigan), drink 64oz of water, read, and do my daily chores.
