Revenge Body Plan

I posted few days ago that I'm currently going through the waiting period for my divorce.

I've decided that to help get through the pain I feel I will be working VERY hard towards my revenge body and it starts today!

6 weeks until my divorce is finalized

7 weeks until my daughter and I move

This video was taken at the end of the day (6p) and after all my eating was done. I'm a little bloated but that's okay. this is my before and I can wait to for the after.

I will make him regret ever breaking my heart. I'm not doing this for him! let me make that VERY clear! I'm doing this for me! (also next post will tell you my workout plan)

From personal experience, setting concrete goals and timelines helped me stay focused and motivated—such as counting down weeks until my divorce was finalized and the move with my child was complete. It’s important to approach this transformation with a mindset centered on self-love rather than revenge. While the term 'revenge body' implies proving something to others, the real reward comes from feeling strong, healthy, and proud within yourself. Consistency is key, especially in the initial weeks where emotional challenges can impact motivation. I found that documenting my progress, including before pictures—even when feeling bloated or vulnerable—helped me appreciate small changes and stay accountable. Developing a workout plan tailored to my needs, combining cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises, became my outlet to channel pain into energy. Nutrition also plays a crucial role. Rather than restrictive dieting, focusing on balanced meals that support my body helped reduce bloating and increased my energy for workouts. Supporting mental health through mindfulness and positive affirmations aided my emotional recovery. Finally, involving my daughter in some active routines made the experience enjoyable and reinforced our bond during this life transition. Embracing this transformative process, I realized it’s not about making someone else regret anything but about honoring my own journey toward empowerment and renewal.
