From my personal experience, consistency is key. Even on days when motivation dips, committing to at least the 5-minute core session keeps momentum going. I also appreciate the variety Lilly Sabri offers through her YouTube channel, allowing me to tailor workouts to my schedule. Overall, this structured plan is not just about aesthetics, but also about building functional core strength that enhances posture and stability. For anyone looking to start a body transformation journey, integrating focused challenges like these can yield impressive results when paired with good nutrition and rest.
