MidWeek check-in Week 1

I have completed 3/7 of the Lilly Sabri Summer Sculpt Challenge.

I love that they are short, intense, and you can FEEL the burn!

My abs have been a delicious sore all week. My thighs were so for maybe the first like 5-10 minutes after the workout and then it died down.

I'm feeling good even with bad sleep.

From my experience, these types of sessions are perfect for fitting effective exercise into a busy schedule while still feeling that rewarding muscle burn. Like Chelsea, I’ve noticed that targeted muscle soreness—especially in the abs and thighs—often signals progress and effective muscle engagement. I also found that initial soreness in areas like the thighs often fades quickly, which helps keep motivation high without lasting discomfort. Consistency is key; even on days with poor sleep or fatigue, pushing through a shorter, focused workout can maintain momentum and contribute to long-term transformation. Tracking calories burned and workout durations, as seen in Chelsea’s Pilates challenges, can be a great way to visualize progress and set realistic goals. Additionally, integrating hashtags or joining communities such as #bodytransformation or #selflovejourney helps foster a supportive environment that encourages positive mental and physical health changes. Embracing this journey not only sculpts the body but enhances self-confidence and resilience—essential elements during life transitions like divorce or personal renewal journeys. Overall, dedicating just a few minutes a day to a challenge with varied workouts targeting different muscle groups can deliver impressive results over time and cultivate a sustainable fitness habit.
