If anyone drives from Shirakawa-go to Takayama or travels around Toyama Province, we would recommend a visit here because it is a place that is not well known to Thais, but the atmosphere is better than expected. 🤍
We choose a ride. The Shogawa Gorge Scenic Boat takes about 25 minutes. It's a quiet cruise through the valleys and rivers. On the way, you'll see high mountains, emerald green water and bridges draping through the valleys. The atmosphere is very comfortable. It's perfect for a ride after a long day's drive.
It is most convenient to rent a car because the pier is some distance from the city. There is free parking in front of the pier. Buy a ticket and wait to get on the boat.
💰 It costs about 1,500 yen per person (about 25 minutes). Whoever has time, there is also a big round to Omaki Onsen.
