As 1 Samuel 16:7 reminds us, God sees the heart, not just the surface, and that awareness encourages me to focus on inner purity rather than outward image. The shift from old self to new, highlighted in Colossians 3:9-10, resonates deeply. It’s a daily renewal—shedding past mistakes and embracing how God shapes us afresh. In practical terms, this has translated into more authentic relationships and a stronger sense of purpose.
