Since the skin is one of the body's outlets for eliminating toxins, it reacts with more itchiness. I noticed that when I cut back on greasy and sweet foods, my skin felt calmer at night. Aging also plays a role. As we get older, the skin's natural barrier weakens, making it more vulnerable to dryness and irritation, especially in air-conditioned rooms which tend to have very dry air. This drying effect intensifies the nighttime itch and makes it harder to fall asleep. Interestingly, many people assume itchy skin is just a surface issue, but often it indicates internal imbalance. Incorporating natural health drinks designed to promote circulation and smooth metabolism can help address the root cause. I've personally found that maintaining a routine of hydration and balanced diet, alongside avoiding overly dry environments at night, has reduced my itching episodes and helped stabilize my sleep. Hiking in SG
