饮食影响胆固醇。
Managing cholesterol through diet is more achievable than many people believe. From my experience, cutting back on high-fat animal products such as butter and fatty meats can significantly reduce LDL cholesterol, often called "bad" cholesterol. I noticed improvements after replacing these with healthier fats like olive oil and incorporating deep-sea fish oils rich in omega-3. Another surprising factor is sugar and refined carbohydrates. Foods like white bread, sugary drinks, and desserts not only contribute to weight gain but also indirectly raise cholesterol levels. I found that reducing my intake of these items made a positive difference in my vascular health. On the brighter side, increasing dietary fiber from sources such as oats, whole grains, beans, fruits, and vegetables plays a key role in lowering cholesterol. Fiber helps remove cholesterol from the bloodstream and supports heart health. Including nuts as snacks also provided healthy fats and further cholesterol benefits. From my personal journey, adopting a diet with less oil, less sugar, and more fiber was a simple yet effective strategy. Besides dietary changes, staying physically active and managing stress contribute greatly to maintaining healthy cholesterol levels and reducing cardiovascular risks. Taking care of your heart through mindful eating truly enhances quality of life.
