Blueprint Create Identity✨
Blueprint creates an attractive and profitable personal brand.
This document outlines a strategic framework for founders to build real and monetized personal brands, seamlessly integrating them into already founded company brands. A case study of Alex Ikonn, CEO of Intelligent Change (creator of Five-Minute Journal), which earns over $15 million a year, where he wants to step out as the face of the brand to drive further growth.
This strategy consists of 2 core systems and 1 key navigation principle, to effectively turn the audience's attention into revenue.
I. System 1: Founder Identity Infrastructure
The first system focuses on the basic imperatives of authenticity and conformity. Attractive branding occurs when there is "conformity in three main areas," leading to the same "seamless voice."
Founder Identity: is the essence of the founder (i.e. gratitude, lifestyle design)
Personal Brand (Public Brand): is the expression of the primary identity through content (i.e., a systematic presentation of lifestyle and Frameworks).
Company Brand (company brand): is the mission statement and collective temperament of the business (e.g., attentional living, self-awareness).
Objective: The content being created must be a true extension of the main identity of the founder. In order for the communication to be spontaneous and appealing to the target audience.
II. System 2: Content GPS - The Path from Attention to Profit
Content GPS is a structured system to quickly turn the audience's attention into a profitable business. The principle is that "the person who wins in the market is the person who can spend the most money per customer."
A. Platform strategy and content format
Platform: It is recommended to start from 2-3 platforms only (such as YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn) to go deeper in content creation.
Conversion Created Content: The principle is to "tie" the content format tightly to the product. The content must act as a "story hero," focusing on the "Intentional Frameworks" (intended frame of mind) used by the founders and embedded in the company's products.
B. Create an Owned Audience
Convert followers on a rental platform (Social Media) into an audience you own through an email newsletter (Newsletter) using Lead Magnets (a free and valuable resource related to the product) to draw Traffic from all channels into the Newsletter.
C.Monetization: Automated Sales Mechanism
When users join Newsletter, they enter an automated email sequence designed to cultivate beliefs and quickly create conversions:
Welcome Sequence (5 Days): To Cultivate Brand Ideas, Share Mission Statements, and Trust Testimonials
FOMO Sequence (4-5 days): Followed by a series of emails focused on selling products directly and creating urgency.
Result: This system is designed to turn new followers into customers within the first 10 days, which quickly generates a return on investment (ROI).
III. Navigation principle: "What if this thing is fun?"
Aside from systems and strategies, the most important question a founder can ask is: "What would this look like if it were fun?"
Key Ideas: In every business decision, the founder should choose a path that "excites you" and aligns with the intended lifestyle designed.
Sustainability: The focus on fun allows founders to build sustainable and big businesses, which enrich their lives, rather than undercut it, and this reality becomes part of a powerful brand message.
