Ikebana 07: Whispers of the dawn
Hello everyone, today we share another ikebana that we really like, really, really and very proud of.
We named this work "Whispers of the Dawn," or Thai, the whisper of the dawn. The origin of this name comes from the color of the flowers we chose and the shape of the branches, including the leaves that look fast.
The orange crocosmia flower, the tallest stem (Shin), is like the first light of day, and the burgendy color chrysanthemum is like things that gradually light up. The vibration of the remaining branches and leaves is vibrant when the sky lights again.
To put it in a more aesthetic sense, bright orange crocosmia can be likened to a new hope, and other flowers, leaves, are what grow and live again from that hope.
Ikebana Whispers of the Dawn may not look colorful, but it conveys vitality, calmness, and slow but steady growth. Very good for us.
This is another work that we really like, both when it is arranged and when it is finished, it is very fun because Crocosmia is a flower that we have never used before, and it has a very beautiful and unique form.
I hope my friends like this work as we like it. 🥺
