Foot pain? I’ve got the best trick.

Ok, so I have really bad feet. I have planters fasciitis and arthritis in both my feet. I needed a soak for my feet and I noticed on rednote a lot of the ladies use a teabag looking thing to soak their feet. So I did some research and compiled this list of herbs and essential oils that soak up in your feet and release. Imagine that tea for your foot soak. I’m sold. Not even a minute in and I can feel my feet relaxing and releasing tension. Try it out ave let me know your thoughts.

Here’s the recipe:

Pain-Relieving and Anti-Inflammatory Herbs

1. Chamomile: Calming and anti-inflammatory, great for reducing pain and swelling.

2. Lavender: Relieves pain, reduces inflammation, and promotes relaxation.

3. Peppermint: Helps with cooling and soothing foot pain, especially from overuse.

4. Rosemary: Stimulates circulation and eases sore muscles.

5. Calendula: Anti-inflammatory and excellent for soothing tired, achy feet.

Herbs for Detox and Revitalization

6. Ginger: Improves circulation and warms the feet, easing aches.

7. Eucalyptus: Relieves tension and has natural pain-relieving properties.

8. Thyme: Known for its antimicrobial and soothing qualities, it can relieve pain and stiffness.

How to Prepare an Herbal Foot Soak

1. Boil the Herbs: Use 2–3 tablespoons of dried herbs (or a handful of fresh herbs) in 4 cups of water. Let it simmer for 10–15 minutes.
