What I eat for breakfast as a plus sized gurl trying to loose weight! The serving was pretty big for only having not a full amount of each serving. It was super filling and had me full for hours. What helped me actually want to make it and not just grab something high carb and high sugar was that I had cut and washed my fruit before hand so it was just easy to grab.

What I Eat - 180g of protein
Okay so this is the deal…. I cooked a giant batch of shredded chicken and used it to make most of my meals. Personally I love this method because I was able to vary most of my foods. Right now I’m not super focused on specific macros just trying to keep my protein high and my calories low.
