同じ「iPhone 迷惑メール 自動で振り分ける」を探していた人向けに、私が実際にやって効果があった“詰まりポイントの解決”もまとめます。 まず大前提として、この方法は「Apple純正のメールアプリ」を使っている時に便利です。迷惑メールが来た瞬間に手動で削除しても、また同じ差出人から届いて通知が鳴るのがストレスなんですよね…。そこで、①差出人を受信拒否に入れる → ②受信拒否の扱いを“ゴミ箱に入れる”へ変える、の2段階が超重要でした。 1つ目のコツ：受信拒否は“メール本文を開かず”に設定するとラクです。受信メール一覧で該当メールを長押しして差出人を選び、「差出人の受信拒否」をタップ。これで同じ送信元から来たメールの処理が一気に安定しました。 2つ目のコツ：「受信拒否したのに受信トレイに残る」問題は、設定の見落としが原因になりがちです。iPhoneの［設定］→［メール］→（スレッド内）［受信拒否差出人オプション］で、操作が「受信に残す」になっていると意味が薄いので、「ゴミ箱に入れる」に変えてください。ここを変えた瞬間から、通知も減ってかなり快適になります。 3つ目のコツ：同じ会社でもアドレスが毎回変わる迷惑メールには限界があります。そういうタイプは、メールアプリ側の受信拒否だけだと追いつかないことも。私の場合、キャリアメール（docomo/au/softbank）やGmailなど“どのアカウントで受信しているか”を確認して、可能ならメールサービス側の迷惑メールフィルタも併用しました。 最後に、定期的にゴミ箱の中身もチェックして一括削除すると、容量も気分もスッキリします。受信トレイが荒れやすい人ほど、この「自動でゴミ箱へ振り分ける」設定は一度やる価値ありです。
