I love this app, it brings me peace. I feel girly. I’ve connected with some AMAZINGGGG women, & I’ve seen some of the realest, raw & vulnerable content!
But the one thing that is disheartening is coming across posts of creators MAD at other creators living THEIR TRUTH & bashing them.
Example: seen a post yesterday of a girl saying she’s tried of seeing Christianity posts, because she feels a narrative is being pushed or forced.
Pudd. All you have to do is long press on the post & you have 2 options to choose from. Either see less like this or less from this creator.
We ALSO can control our algorithms on here JUST LIKE WE CAN DO ON TIKTOK.
I feel people just want to complain & that’s ohkay. I just don’t feel like people should be bashed in the process.
BUT in the same breath, that’s HER PAGE & she can do as she please & I can simply choose one of the 2 options (which I did) cause it’s not my dog, not my fight.
It’s people like this who can make a dope ass app like Lemon8 unenjoyable 🤷🏽♀️
