❇️ today (Oct. 14, 68), Vice Admiral Bhanumasthanapanich, Commander of the Sattauk Naval Base, presided over the opening of the "International Floating Book" welcoming the ship MV Doulos Hope (Dulos Hope), which docked at the Port of Juk, Sattauk Naval Base, Chonburi Province.
❇️ inside the event were honored by Mr. Jonathan Birdsall, captain of the ship MV Doulos Hope, and Mr. Nidhin Sebastian, director of the ship. With the international crew giving a warm welcome.
❇️ MV Doulos Hope Ship is a book and knowledge resource carrier affiliated with GBA Ships e.V. whose mission is to bring knowledge, hope and inspiration to people around the world.
📚 The ship has over 2,000 books covering education, culture and life development, with volunteers from more than 35 countries sharing knowledge and culture.

เรือ MV Doulos Hope นับเป็นหนึ่งในโครงการที่น่าสนใจและให้ความรู้ในรูปแบบที่ไม่ธรรมดา ด้วยการเป็นเรือบรรทุกหนังสือที่ลอยน้ำนานาชาติ มีพันธกิจสำคัญในการนำความรู้ ความหวัง และแรงบันดาลใจสู่ผู้คนทั่วโลก ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงความตั้งใจในการส่งเสริมการอ่านและการเรียนรู้อย่างเข้าถึงได้ทุกกลุ่มคน ในเรือมีหนังสือมากกว่า 2,000 รายการที่หลากหลาย ทั้งหนังสือทางการศึกษา วัฒนธรรม การพัฒนาชีวิต รวมถึงหนังสือภาษาอังกฤษและหนังสือด้านต่าง ๆ ที่ตอบโจทย์ทั้งเด็กและผู้ใหญ่ นอกจากนี้ ยังมีอาสาสมัครนานาชาติกว่า 35 ประเทศบนเรือที่คอยแบ่งปันความรู้และแลกเปลี่ยนวัฒนธรรม ทำให้ผู้เข้าชมได้รับประสบการณ์ที่หลากหลายและลึกซึ้งยิ่งขึ้น การจัดแสดงเรือ MV Doulos Hope ที่ท่าเรือจุกเสม็ด ฐานทัพเรือสัตหีบ จังหวัดชลบุรี ในครั้งนี้ เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้คนในพื้นที่และนักท่องเที่ยวเข้าชม ตั้งแต่วันที่ 14 ตุลาคม ถึง 2 พฤศจิกายน 2568 โดยมีค่าเข้าสำหรับผู้ใหญ่เพียง 20 บาท และเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 12 ปี รวมถึงผู้สูงอายุ 65 ปีขึ้นไป ฟรี ทำให้เป็นกิจกรรมที่เข้าถึงง่ายและเหมาะสมกับครอบครัว การจัดงานครั้งนี้ไม่ได้เป็นเพียงแค่การเปิดให้ชมเรือเท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของความร่วมมือทางวัฒนธรรมระหว่างประเทศ ที่แสดงให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญของการอ่านและเรียนรู้ในยุคปัจจุบัน การได้สัมผัสกับเรือบรรทุกหนังสือที่เต็มไปด้วยแหล่งความรู้ และการได้มีโอกาสพูดคุยกับอาสาสมัครนานาชาติ ถือเป็นโอกาสที่หายากและมีคุณค่า การมาเยือน MV Doulos Hope จะช่วยสร้างแรงบันดาลใจในการอ่าน และส่งเสริมให้ผู้คนหันมาสนใจการเรียนรู้นอกห้องเรียนมากขึ้น ทำให้โครงการนี้เป็นมากกว่าการจัดแสดง แต่เป็นการพัฒนาชุมชนด้านการศึกษาและวัฒนธรรมของพื้นที่ในระยะยาว
