s’mores pillow puff pastries with Teddy Grahams?? I’m obsessed.
flaky, golden, melty chocolate + a little teddy peeking out… it’s giving cozy + nostalgic in the best way 🍫🤍
🍫 ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
6–8 squares chocolate (milk or dark)
6–8 mini marshmallows (or 1 large marshmallow cut in half)
6–8 Teddy Grahams
1 egg
1 tbsp water
✨ directions:
preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
lightly roll out puff pastry and cut into 6–8 rectangles
place a piece of chocolate in the center of each
add a marshmallow on top
place a Teddy Graham standing upright on top of the marshmallow
fold the bottom half of the pastry up like a “pillow,” leaving the top open so the teddy shows
gently press edges to seal
whisk egg + water and brush over each pastry
bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden and puffed
💡 tips:
don’t overstuff or they’ll pop open while baking
keep your puff pastry cold for the flakiest layers
try cookies & cream or caramel chocolate for a fun twist
crispy, buttery layers with that gooey s’mores center… and the cutest little teddy on top 🧸✨
