The Routine and Habits that changed my life

When I’m getting back into my routine, this is what actually helps me:

• Start with movement I don’t dread. Walking on my walking pad counts. Even more if I do it while watching a show.

• Lift a few days a week to feel strong again, not to punish my body.

• Stack habits. Walk + watch. Stretch + scroll. Make it easy to start.

• Eat enough so my workouts don’t feel pointless.

• Remind myself that consistency matters more than intensity.
