Hondeh (a wheat porridge) 🥣

This is Hondeh , a porridge made from wheat flour, but it can vary! The three I’m aware of it wheat, corn and rice. It is typically eaten with sour cream & evaporation milk. I know it sounds weird , but the tangy flavor is hardly noticeable with the sweetness from this porridge. 😋

I grew up eating this dish over and I have a love hate relationship with it . However, it gets the job done for when someone needs to be full and you need something quick. The only thing that’s not quick is creating the balls my hand yourself, but it also depends how good you are at doing it . 🤩

The flavor can vary from vanilla to cinnamon to mild sweetness. Would you try it ? 🥺
