Spring break is a significant time for students to unwind and recharge, especially after weeks of intense classes. In this article, I share my smoothie recipe that includes strawberries, blueberries, bananas, spinach, and green apples, perfect for a quick health boost when you're feeling rushed. Finding balance during spring break is essential, and while my experience was filled with both challenges and rewarding moments, I learned much about my academic journey and what I want to pursue. The pros of my break included rejuvenating naps and valuable lessons learned about potential minors. On the flip side, I faced hurdles like oversleeping and feeling embarrassed in class.
