This is a salad without the lettuce. My mother found this recipe for a weight loss salad that is healthy. How I made it was baked the chicken and chickpeas. The recipe the used an air fryer, but ours is down so we must rely on the oven !

The Greek yogurt I used was nonfat, I wheezed about three limes and added a mixture of seasonings. I used black pepper , maggi and Cajun seasoning. You can season how you like ! Let me know how it taste. Quick and easy meal 🥹
