One practical tip is meal prepping, which encourages consistent healthy eating by removing the temptation of fast, less nutritious options. Preparing meals in advance also helps control portion sizes and nutrient quality. Additionally, staying hydrated and minimizing processed foods high in added sugars and saturated fats enhances the overall quality of your diet.
