Week 8 of Zepbound
Week 7 was a roller-coaster with my weight. I started Week 7 at 226 and ended Week 7 at 225. I went as low as 224.4 in Week 7 but it bounced around. I've started exercising more and eating a little less calories. making sure to still get my protein and water in. Let's see how this week goes
