SPRING JUICE CLEANSE: juice 1

hihi!!! im going to my older sister’s bachelorette party in two weeks, so im starting a new diet and exercise routine (sort of).

i’ll be doing OMAD, but in a more flexible fashion. if i get hungry, ill obviously honor that as well as i can based on the rules of the plan. we’re also doing a JUICE CLEANSE which is exciting (but scary). we started with an orange ginger juice, which had 8 carrots in it, a 2 inch piece of ginger, and 2 seedless lemons! those were a super fun find at the grocery store!

tbh this juice was delicious! i loved it and it was super spicy and delightful! i’m hoping this juice cleanse resets my energy and gets me in the right mood for the bach!
