ingredients are:
- 1 cucumber
- shrimp
- jasmine rice
- chipotle aioli sauce
directions:
- wash & cut cucumber, then gut out cucumber
- season & sauté shrimp
- cook rice
- stuff rice into cucumber
- then add shrimp
-top with chipotle aioli sauce
