*Instant mashed potatoes (I’m under the weather I don’t want to do anything today) $2.97 for the family size pack - I add half a stick of butter to it and some garlic and herb cream cheese
I broiled them on high until I got the caramelization I wanted , and then I cooked on 400degrees and basted with the juices.
