I used the leftover shredded chicken from the shells I made a few days ago to speed up the process
Ingredients:
Shredded chicken
One bag of frozen mixed veggies
2cans of biscuits
Cream of mushroom and roasted garlic soup
Cream of chicken soup
Chicken broth
Smoked paprika
Pepper
Thyme
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Nature seasoning
Adobo w sazon
Cream cheese
Directions:
Bake biscuits
Empty both cans of soup into pot
Stir in chicken broth
Add seasonings
Being to a light boil
Add veggies and chicken
Simmer another 5 min
Add cream cheese
Simmer another 5 min
Plate biscuits, pour mixture over them and serve 😮💨
