before some of y'all start being killjoys, this is just a silly fun post that I wanted to make about some of the makeup I want to get 🥴
okkkk now, I kept seeing those Beauty Bay eyeshadow palettes and I was skeptical to get one because I mostly saw them on lighter skin tones and they were so cheap I was like that's never going to show up on me 🥲 buttttt I came across this post talking about one of them and there were a lot of Black girls in the comments that were like, they swear by it so I was seriously considering getting one.
The second thing is lipstick. ever since I started practicing my makeup more I used tf out of the like four lipsticks I had 😭, and I saw this brand called handaiyan and they have this really cute goth collection and it's super affordable, The only thing about it is it's a Chinese brand, and I've found that a lot of Asian makeup brands don't put a terrible amount of pigment in their makeup so I'm worried it might not show up on me, and also I haven't seen it on anyone with my skin tone or darker.
and the final thing is contour, only ever used one contour before and I hit pan 🥲 so if anybody has any good recommendations of affordable contour, preferably cream, That would be greatly appreciated 🫶🏾
