Comparing Last years cover to this year!
I meant to post this closer to the new year but I’ve been a little busy, but here’s 2025 v. 2026 :
I wanted to keep them kinda similar since a lot of my new years goals either build upon or continuing so I wanted to show that in the covers while also adding a little twist to keep it new / fresh 😌😇

Sharing my experience with updating yearbook covers from 2025 to 2026 has been an inspiring journey. I found that keeping the covers similar helps maintain a strong connection to ongoing goals while introducing subtle changes gives a refreshing appeal. For example, the 2026 cover includes new visual elements that symbolize growth and progress, which aligns well with commitment to personal development and manifestation practices included in my resolutions. When planning your own journals or junk journals, consider how design can reflect your evolving mindset. I like to embed daily checklists and habit trackers alongside artistic touches like papercraft to make my journal not only functional but inspiring. The 2026 cover even features a warm "Hello, Sunshine" motif to boost positivity every time I open it. One tip I learned is to look for themes that resonate year-round. Whether it’s work acts, run-through plans, or weekend reflections, integrating them visually on your cover can create a cohesive narrative. Plus, adding a bit of creativity, such as playful notes or motivational quotes, uplifts the routine act of journaling and manifestation. Overall, comparing last year’s cover with this year’s showed me the value of continuity combined with new energy. It’s a way of manifesting not just goals but also a mindful approach to growth, wrapped in a beautifully crafted journal cover that inspires daily engagement and reflection.
