1. Doing at home workouts helped me out a lot!!! I'm 25 and i always maintain my weight at 160-170

because Im comfortable with it. The older I got those snacking nights was catching up with me to get rid of my belly.

2. I would eat açai bowls (check on my page) and a keto diet this my keto snack I came up with. I really enjoyed it I see a big big difference.
